By accessing the h59zk platform, creating an account, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and h59zk. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and close your account.
h59zk reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of our Services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated via email to the address registered with your account.
These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies published on the h59zk platform. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.
To register an account and use h59zk Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
h59zk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) business days may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds held in your account.
When registering for an h59zk account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with h59zk. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. h59zk employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in immediate closure of all related accounts, cancellation of all pending bets, and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, and bonuses across all accounts.
h59zk is committed to preventing fraud, identity theft, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our security protocols, we require all Players to complete KYC verification by submitting the following documents:
KYC verification is typically processed within 1-24 hours during business days. Until verification is complete, certain account functionalities may be restricted, including withdrawals above specified thresholds. Submitting false, fraudulent, or altered documents will result in immediate permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
h59zk accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following payment methods: bank transfers via BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to banking institution limits.
Deposits via bank transfer are typically credited to your h59zk account within 5-15 minutes after confirmation. E-wallet deposits are credited instantly upon successful payment. In rare cases of processing delays exceeding 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. h59zk reserves the right to reject deposits from unverified payment sources and may require additional verification before crediting funds to your account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Standard withdrawal processing times range from 5 minutes to 2 hours depending on your VIP tier, payment method, and the time of submission. VIP Gold tier and above members receive priority processing averaging 30-60 minutes.
Before processing your first withdrawal, h59zk requires completion of KYC verification as outlined in Section 3.3. All withdrawals are subject to internal security reviews. Transactions flagged for additional verification may take up to 48 hours to process. h59zk reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or irregular withdrawal patterns.
Withdrawal requests can be canceled by the Player at any time before processing is complete. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent to your payment provider, it cannot be reversed. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider for receiving funds are your sole responsibility.
h59zk maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures. All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before a withdrawal can be requested. This requirement prevents the use of h59zk as a money transfer service. Suspicious transactions, including but not limited to deposits immediately followed by withdrawal requests with minimal or no gaming activity, will be flagged for investigation and may result in account suspension pending resolution.
h59zk offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback programs, free bets, free spins, and special promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and withdrawal restrictions. These specific terms are published alongside each bonus offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount, and must be completed within the specified validity period. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in the bonus terms.
h59zk reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, along with any winnings derived from that bonus, in cases of suspected bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other Players to circumvent bonus restrictions, betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting software errors or glitches to gain unfair advantage, and any other activity that h59zk reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the bonus offer.
Players are limited to one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, payment method, and Player. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through any means constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. h59zk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of bonus cancellation, any pending bonus funds will be removed from your account, but your deposited funds and winnings from non-bonus play will remain intact.
All bets placed on h59zk are governed by the specific rules for each game type, sport, or betting market. These rules are available within each game section of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between general terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail. All bets are final once confirmed. h59zk does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in cases of obvious technical errors.
For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), all results are determined based on official league or tournament outcomes. Bets are settled according to the official result at the time of settlement, regardless of subsequent disqualifications, protests, or changes. Markets may be suspended at any time at h59zk's discretion, particularly during live betting when significant events occur that materially affect odds.
For togel (lottery) games, results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Draw results are published immediately upon completion and are final. For live casino games, results are determined by physical cards, wheels, or dice operated by professional dealers and broadcast in real-time. Camera footage serves as the official record for settling disputes.
h59zk reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits and maximum stake limits on any bet or accumulation of bets. These limits vary by sport, league, market type, and Player VIP tier. Standard maximum payouts range from Rp 100,000,000 to Rp 500,000,000 depending on the event. Exotic bets, accumulators, and mix parlay combinations may be subject to lower maximum payouts.
h59zk reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit any Player's betting activity at any time without providing reasons. Professional gamblers and advantage players may be subject to stake restrictions or may be prohibited from receiving promotional bonuses.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on h59zk and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of account balance, and permanent account closure. h59zk reserves the right to report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities including Indonesian police and banking institutions.

h59zk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if h59zk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
h59zk is not responsible for losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, telecommunications network failures, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, equipment malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions affecting payment processing or game providers.
In no event shall h59zk's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our Services exceed the total amount of bets you placed in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
All content on the h59zk platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and compilation of data, is the exclusive property of h59zk or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The h59zk name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of h59zk. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the h59zk platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our platform except as incidental to normal use or as expressly permitted in these Terms.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding h59zk Services, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint promptly and fairly. All complaints will be investigated thoroughly, and you will receive a response within seven (7) business days.
If your complaint relates to a betting settlement dispute, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the bet settlement. After this period, h59zk will consider the matter closed and will not entertain further claims. For all disputes, h59zk's decision shall be final and binding.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services provided to Indonesian residents. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of h59zk Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.

You may close your h59zk account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you fail to withdraw your balance within ninety (90) days of account closure, h59zk reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month for maintaining dormant accounts.
h59zk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your continued use of our Services poses a risk to h59zk, other Players, or our business partners. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
In the event of account termination by h59zk for breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited, and you will not be entitled to any refund of deposits, bonuses, or winnings. Pending bets at the time of termination will be voided, and stakes will be returned to your account for withdrawal, subject to completion of any ongoing investigations.
